Owner/Artist, Doug Mitchell's knowledge of his craft is only surpassed by his passion to share that knowledge with others. A native of Southwest Michigan, Doug is driven to play an integral role in revitalizing downtown Three Rivers because he sees the promise of the good that it can bring. His love of gems and jewelry is complimented by his love of antiques, good times and surrounding himself with extraordinary people.

Robin Burpee
Robin works both on the sales floor at 33 North Main Street and behind the scenes with Doug to add new technologies and ideas to the day to day operations of UniQ. As a child her grandpa was an amateur "rock hound" so recalling the lessons that she was taught when she was younger is fun and brings back fond childhood memories. Having a design background herself, Robin also enjoys seeing the various custom designs come to life from the sketch pad to the finished jewelry pieces. Her son's love the gems that are in Mr. Mitchell's cases and they always seem to have just one more question for him to answer. A moment doesn't go by when they don't ask ... "Mr. Mitchell" a question.
Originally from Centreville, Tonda happily returns to Michigan after 11 years of military service and affiliation. After serving eight years in the Army, including a year in Iraq, she spent the following three years as an Army spouse. She recently relocated to Three Rivers so that she could be close to family while her husband returns to Iraq.
Above all, Tonda values time spent with family. Of all her experiences in life, she says, "Nothing compares to giggles shared with my children and cozy evenings snuggled up on the couch with my husband."
Tonda joins UniQ with great enthusiasm and a strong interest in gemology. Upon meeting Mr. Mitchell, she expressed her affinity for gems and particular interest in their geographical relevance. She is very excited to "pick Diamond Doug's brain" in gem identification and significance.

Lynette LeVeck
Lynette was born in Three Rivers and is happy to reside near her roots in Southwest Michigan with her family. As a young girl one of her favorite pastimes was designing and creating her glittery costumes for twirling with her mother. Beads and crystals are definitely in her blood!
Today Lynette enjoys jewelry making with gemstones and Swarovski Crystals, wire wrapping and chain mail. Her favorite metal is copper. As the "Art Director" for UniQ Lynette spends time coordinating and managing our Artist Gallery and works with clients to bring their special silver wishes to life.
When not at UniQ, Lynette enjoys "camping out" in the family room with her boys watching movies, eating popcorn and of course ... pizza! From Pizza to Pizzazz Lynette is a UniQ Gem!
Holly Powell
Holly comes to UniQ with a background in cosmetology and music. When not at work Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, playing Piano and scrap booking.
