Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our TOP PRIOIRTY! You may return any product purchased from this online store within 7 (seven) days of receipt for an in-store or on-line store credit. Shipping charges are not included. You must contact UniQ, before returning any item, by telephone or E-mail. The item must be unaltered, returned in the same condition as purchased and your original receipt must be included.
First Come First Serve
The first person to complete their purchase for any item listed is the person who has bought that item.
Paying for your Purchases
Shopping online has become more and more secure over the past years that e-commerce has become a booming business. PayPal is secure; you don't even need a PayPal account. You may choose to make your purchase with a credit card via PayPal or you can set up a PayPal account and have the funds taken electronically right from your bank account. The choice is yours!
You may also pay with a personal check or money order after you make your purchase through EBay; we can not ship your purchase until payment has cleared on our account. All auction items must have the sale finalized through EBay.
Certainly, you may come into 33 North Main Street at any time and purchase an item listed in our EBay Store; you can not buy an item listed on auction in this manner for obvious reasons. Because this is an online sale, we CAN NOT hold items for you to come into the store and make your purchase next week or even tomorrow. That wouldn't be fair to our customers who can't make the trip! Shipping
You can either have your item shipped to an address that you specify or we will be happy to hold your purchase at 33 North Main Street for you to pick up! Your call just let us know prior to checkout your preference as we can invoice you in advance to avoid refunding shipping charges. All shipping fees are figured by a calculated method according to your zip/postal code and shipping preference. Your item will be shipped ASAP with 2 day service unless you specify otherwise and it will be fully insured; the cost of the shipping includes all packaging, handling and insurance. We welcome international buyers! Please note that we will ship ASAP keeping in mind that the store is closed Sunday and Monday and Saturday afternoon the post office is closed. Our goal is to give the best possible customer service and that means we ship daily to meet the needs of our customers.
Rings
Each "ring" listing will tell you the US ring size of the piece. If the ring can not be sized, or has sizing limitations, because of the stone settings, designs, etc of that individual piece, the listing will say that the ring can not be sized. Sizing quotes can either be obtained by a phone call or email contact; once you have confirmed that you would like a ring sized payment for the service as well as the ring is expected prior to shipment of the ring.
